How much does shipping cost?

All orders over HKD 1,000 qualify for free shipping to Hong Kong and Macau

We offer free international shipping for all orders above HKD 5,000.

Orders under are subject to nominal shipping fee.

Do I have to pay taxes and duties on my orders? TO BE COMPLETED

Nerrii prices does not include taxes for shipments

How long will delivery take?

Each order is custom-made, please grant our skilled goldsmiths 7-14 days to handcraft your jewelry before dispatch.

Delivery times range from 1-12 business days depending on the destination.

All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Returns

Nerrii's return policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not happy for any reason, you can return eligible Nerrii items within 30 days of receiving them. Just make sure they're unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Since everything is custom-made just for you, we issue refunds as Nerrii store credits, which will be valid for 90 days.

Keep in mind that products marked "Final sale" on their product pages can't be returned.

All returns need to meet our policy guidelines—otherwise, we’ll have to send them back to you at your expense. Also, shipping fees are non-refundable.

What is the return process?

Sending back an item? No worries! Just ship your return to our dedicated returns provider in Hong Kong—there won’t be any import duties or taxes to worry about.

You’re free to choose any carrier that works best for you, but keep in mind that return shipping costs are your responsibility. For extra peace of mind, we highly recommend getting a tracking number so your package is protected in case of loss or theft during transit.
